Re: Put selection value in a variable

A select-option is a range table, with four fields: SIGN: I(nclude) or E(xclude) OPTION: EQ for equal, BT for between, GT for Grater than... LOW: lower value HIGH: higher value BR_BUKRS is the complete line, BR_BUKRS-LOW is the low value you wanted. Your IEQC means Include values EQual to C... (the ...

Re: Object instance creation within class

Note that there are factory methods that are not intended to create singletons - see class CL_SALV_TABLE, for example.
It's mostly a design choice.

Re: Display ALV using Custom Control?

Your field catalog should be a table, not a structure (type lvc_t_fcat, not lvc_s_fcat).

Re: Object instance creation within class

When you use such a factory method to get the instance, returning an instance from a static attribute or creating it if it's initial, you'll always get the same instance. In fact, there is only at most one instance of this class for your session.

It's ABAP OO's way to implement a singleton pattern.

Re: parameter id packages

Look at it in SE80 (Parameter IDs are in the 'More...' tab in the object selection).

I don't think there's such a direct link - maybe ask in the MM forum?

Re: Control Framework

Look at the dump in ST22.
Locate the incriminated line in the code to find the control that fails to be created due to the lack of GUI (is there some OO ALV there?)
Create a screen with the same functionalities WITHOUT using the control framework.

Or get rid of the BDC and use functions.

Re: Control Framework

One of the screens involved in your called transaction contains a custom container, and so needs the SAPGui.
You can't have it run in background.

Re: Select from partner table

'SP' should be 'AG' in internal format.
'SH' should be 'WE'.
'TR'... check TPAUM.

Re: Select from partner table

It should - double-check the data in SE16N.

And I'd advise for F1 in the ABAP editor before googling.

Re: Select from partner table

When using SELECT...ENDSELECT, you're looping on the lines corresponding to your selection.
After the loop, of course you've got only the data of the last one.
Have a look at the help on SELECT, especially the additions SINGLE, INTO TABLE...

Re: Select from partner table

Is there only one line with with partner function for this document in VBPA?
Select single only returns the first row found.

Re: LEFT OUTER JOIN between fields VBRK-VBELN and BSAD-VBELN

Do you have any selection condition on the BSAD table?
If yes, it's because of this - the WHERE condition is applied to the resulting set of the join.

Re: SNOTE

Developers. Sometimes admins.
Business users - no. Especially since there may be manual steps for which they don't have the proper authorisations (or at least, shouldn't have).

I don't know if I can upload or link images here and I don't know if my explanation is good or not... You can link to images using the [ img ]here_goes_the_image_url[ /img ] tags (without spaces inside the brackets), but you'll have to host it elsewhere. For example: http://go.sap.com/_jcr_content/...
