How to avoid sending email a blank report from a scheduler.

I need help on how to avoid sending email with a blank report
on the schedule.

New to the board.. Might as well jump in and help out :D

The work around is to make the report fail so it does not send an email:

Insert a new report header leaving it totally blank, mark it with 'New Page After'. If you display page numbers, replace it with a formula 'pagnumber -1'. Export your report with a page range that is equal to 2 to 9999. If there is no data, the report will fail.
