Setup of decentralized WM system

Post by roortman » Sat Jan 11, 2020 9:14 am

Hi all,

I've done this the last time 11 years ago so I simply don't remember and I can't really find my previous configuration documents.
I'm looking into creating a decentral WM environment for one of our plants but I don't recall the configuration required.

* Do I need the full enterprise structure even though it will only have WM? So things like company code etc? Or will simply plant, warehouse, shipping point / receiving point suffice?
* What else besides activating the decentral WM checkbox and partner profile / distribution model do I need?
* From a masterdata perspective what do I minimally require? Basic data (obviously), WM views, anything else?

If anyone could help me out answering this, or maybe even provide me with a configuration document they might have it would be greatly appreciated!

Hey,

I thought this link may solve your problem. It contains the configuration document about Decentralized Warehouse Management.
