system status for maintenance plan

Post by Sami li » Mon Aug 09, 2004 10:32 pm

Dear all,

I found that after the plan running time reached the "scheduling period ", the plan's system status is still "CRTD". Why the system status wasn't changed after the plan was invalid? Currently, I want to clean up plans which was not useful anymore, I think it is better way to filter plans by system status.

Any suggestion?

hello ,

the use of system statuses is rather limited in maintenance plans : you can only (manually!) set the active/deactivate status and set the deletion indicator.

Didier is absolutely correct. You will have to create a recording or LSMW script to update the status of these plans that are no longer valid.
